CSG has been providing electronic communications services for more than 25 years. Starting out with ASX electronic billboards and Reuters broadcasts, CSG then moved into multi-channel document delivery solutions which add value for its host of telecommunications, media and utility sectors clients.
In 2009, CSG introduced Connxion Rewards to its suite of services. Specialising in the ever important science of customer loyalty, Connxion Rewards' operations in Hong Kong and China today represent the Company's key service proposition – designing and delivering client loyalty and rewards solutions, customer insight technology, and 1:1 marketing and engagement solutions.
The Company was recently recapitalised and intends to be reinstated to official quotation on the ASX as soon as practicable. A portion of the Company's recapitalisation has been committed to the examination of organic, alternative and additional investment opportunities.
